Using this vintage Keepall as a canvas, Jay Ahr presents a special interpretation of the Persian carpet.

The most celebrated expression of craftsmanship from one of our most ancient civilizations, the Persian carpet has come to symbolize heritage, creativity, hospitality and travel. Jay Ahr's signature distressed embroidery technique references the Pazyryk Carpet, the oldest known carpet in the world. Here we see the khaki to white rendition.

This bag is a vintage Louis Vuitton Keepall 50 in monogram coated canvas first produced in June 1996. Featuring cowhide leather trim and lateral leather bands and handles. Detailed with gold plated hardware and double zip closure with LV monogrammed padlock.
