Marie France Van Damme ships internationally within 24 hours free of charge. Once an order has been placed, we will acknowledge the details of your order by e-mail.
Each purchase is individually wrapped in our bespoke white boxes, ensuring your gifts reach you on time and in perfect condition.
We can accept cancelations or order modification at any time before our shipment confirmation for whatever reason. However, once shipment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or modified, but can be returned if you wish, provided that you will be held responsible for all the shipment fees and other charges involved.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it free of charge. Your item must be in the original packaging with original tags.
Where provided, belts and any MFVD packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Items are to be returned new, unused, and with all MFVD garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be kept at the customer disposal at our warehouse for a period of 30 days counting from the date of receipt in our warehouse. After the respected time, MFVD reserves the right to dispose of the goods and no further claims will be entertained.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. All items returned should have a Return Authorization Code (R.A.C). Unidentified returns will not be accepted.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
MFVD accepts returns for an exchange of items that are of equal value. No surcharges are applied to exchange.
You must notify MFVD customer service in writing within seven working days of receiving your items. Either by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or write to us at: Notice of Contract Cancellation, MFVD return Department, Marie France Van Damme, 8/F, 12 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, MFVD will email you a Return Authorization Code (R.A.C). Please fill in the (R.A.C.) on the invoice you received with your order, include it with your return to enable us to issue a prompt refund. Your return goods should be dispatched within 5 working days from our R.A.C confirmation.
All our products are checked piece by piece for any faults before shipment. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately and in any event no later than seven business days from the date of receipt.
Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.mariefrancevandamme.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
MFVD insures the shipment of our private customers from the time it leaves our warehouse until delivery to your required delivery address. We require a signature by an adult of 18 years of age and over. Once receipt is signed upon the delivery of goods, the responsibility of your purchased goods is passed to the customer.
MFVD does not insure the shipment of our retail customers, our shipping department can assist our retailers to cover insurance if required.
